Dr. Katelyn Mills, BSc, Phd

Katelyn (she/her) believes in evidence-based decision-making to achieve the most effective improvements for organizations. She has a proven record of increasing program efficiency, delivering successful outcomes and improving stakeholder engagement. Through her professional experience over the last 10 years, Katelyn has seen the benefit of data to help answer practical questions in organizations. Whether that is survey data to track key metrics in volunteer management or animal-based indicators to benchmark performance, she believes that data collection can help any organization achieve their goals.

Katelyn has a BSc and PhD from the University of British Columbia and experience working in academic, nonprofit and government organizations. She is excited to use her research, data analysis and organizational leadership skills to help organizations fulfill their mission.
